All rates are quoted in Thai Baht, are inclusive of service charge and Government VAT, and are quoted per room per night.
There is no charge for children under 12 years of age, sharing the same room with adults and utilizing existing bedding. Breakfast for the children is paid directly to the hotel.
For the room occupancy allowance, there is a maximum occupancy of 1 child under 12 years of age sharing with 2 adults or 2 adults per room.
The hotel does not allow 3 adults to stay in one villa. The hotel does not use rollaways.
Child under 12 years using day bed in parent's room at 650 Baht per child per day incl. ABF
All rooms have a large day bed , which can be made up into a bed at night time

Scheduled speed boat transfer:1,000 Baht per adult and 600 Baht per child per one way
Free airport transfer and scheduled speed boat transfer for stays of minimum 7 paid nights.
Private speed boat transfer on request.
Boat schedule: From Phuket (Chalong Bay) to Racha at 11.30, 14.00 and 17.00 hrs.
From Racha to Phuket (Chalong Bay) at 09.00, 12.00 and 16.00 hrs.
*** The above schedule may change subject to flight arrival times of guests or weather and sea conditions,
but the boat will not leave earlier than advertised as above in any case.
*** Guests arriving later than 16.00 hrs. at Phuket Airport cannot be transferred to The Racha on the same
evening, as the hotel does not operate the boat at night time. The hotel will assist in making alternative
arrangements for overnight stays in Phuket in case of late arriving flights or delays, but will not be financially
responsible.
*** Arriving guests should land at Phuket Airport around 90 mins prior to boat departure time in order to catch the
next boat.
*** Departing guests from The Racha should lever the island at least 3-4 hours before flight departure time in order
to allow enough time for the transfer and check-in at the airport.
*** Please also notice that guests are encouraged to ear appropriate and light attire for the boat transfer.
*** The hotel will not operate its boats if there is the slightest safety concern or in case of strong winds or
uncertain sea conditions. Every effort will be made by our land based staff in Phuket to assist in making
alternative arrangements for the guests until the situation is considered safe. In such an event, the hotel
will not be financially responsible for delays of for guest relocations cuased by adverse sea conditions. |
